⁶ And he ^(A)established them for ever and ever;
    he gave ^(B)a decree, and it shall not ^(C)pass away.^[a]
7 Praise the Lord ^(D)from the earth,
    you ^(E)great sea creatures and all deeps,
^8 (F)fire and hail, ^(G)snow and mist,
    ^(H)stormy wind ^(I)fulfilling his word!
